y'all just need an OC who will use a mobile QB

MS produces a bunch of guys who can run the option offense from the QB position

MS doesn't produce that many top passers. LA doesn't either, so LSU goes out of state to recruit them

when MS does produce a solid passing prospect, he will look elsewhere (See: garrett)

if there was ever a sign that MSU needed to abandon the pass, it was chris garrett

You know why Strong hasn't already landed a head job in the SEC? His wife is white. Now, you can flame on that all you want and I'm not making any kind of personal statement with this, just telling it like it is. Thre's not a school in the SEC that would give him a head job because the influential boosters would never allow it.

I was actually going to ask why he isn't a head coach yet. It's hard to beleive that is the reason.

Somewhere like the Pac-10, it wouldn't be. In the SEC, it's a huge problem.
