I really like Mario Cristobal for the job, he not a conventional choice in that is not SEC through and through but we would bring elite recruiting, along with a proven system.
In this job, LSU needs to find a coach that has the "it" factor and has proven they can win anywhere and that has a proven system.
If we do this, the talent level, pedigree and everything that makes LSU program what it is will put us over the top
Basically its what Ohio State and Clemson have been able to do, no reason we can't replicate
Coach O never had a system or an expertise that he brought to his football teams they could emulate. He wasnt on offensive genius like Lincoln or defensive guru like Saban, he was just "Go Tiger!" Coach O
Which is why a coach with an expertise or genius quality on one-side of the ball is essential with the next hire
