There is a reason LSU and Ole Miss are waiting this out. They know how big the drop off is from Kiffin to the rest of the available candidates. The loser of this is not going to get anywhere near as good a coach as Kiffin is. The drop off will be massive.

I think they are! Lane is just the golden goose they are focusing 98% on at this time
