Can Lincoln Riley cook a great Gumbo?

If not, maybe he can find a great recipe to suffice those on Da Bayou.

Had some Oklahoma “Jambalaya” after Katrina when some folks from Oklahoma were nice enough to feed the volunteers treating patients at the PMAC. It was a nice gesture, but bland.

I’m not a baller so I can’t contribute cash or planes like the big time boosters but I make one hell of a gumbo. I’ll give them my recipe and teach them how to cook it as my contribution.

You can bet your left nut he'll eat a great gumbo, early and often, as well as some good etoufees.
