Jeff Bowden as HBC and Chris Rix as OC. My FSU pals would love that.

That'd be horrible, we might go 5-6 with that staff

Yeah 5-6. No worse off than you are right now with Jimbo and his crew.

All signs point to him getting the offer if Jimbo leaves.

I was afraid of this happening. I like Taggart and I think he’ll be a monster recruiter if he is brought back to the state. I actually think FSU comes out ahead despite being Johnny-Come-Lately in this coaching carousel.

I feel like they could to. Jimbo hasn't shown the last couple years he can maintain the program.

I truly believe Lane Kiffin would be a perfect fit at Florida State. Kiffin the smart arse, bad boy versus Coach Mark Richt, the wholesome good guy. I don't know why but Kiffin and Florida State seem perfect together and I think he'd win in Tallahassee.

Kiffin would be a good fallback candidate.

Taggart at a power program in Florida would be too good to pass up.

Jimbo has had top five classes pretty consistently so I’m not sure there will be a huge bump in recruiting. If I was an FSU fan I’d be glad to see him go just because this seems like a yearly deal with him.

Roger that, I can understand your logic on Taggart.

Several sources have expressed doubt that this saga will continue into the weekend. Florida State is going to need an answer. Texas A&M is going to need an answer. Players on the team, and staff, some of whom are losing trust in the head coach are going to need an answer.

I read that. I've been turned off with Jimbo for a while, but I'm totally done with him.

I don't see how he could stay. Both sides need a change

Would Scott Frost put his hat in for FSU over Neb? He would be a fool not to

Depends on if he has a deal with them. Seems like he's gonna be in Lincoln. If not he'd be my #2 after Taggart

Osbourne called him home. He's going home IMO.
