I don't see it whatsoever.
Jay Johnson is still young. 44 years old and players ABSOLUTELY love him. Jay Johnson is among the very best offensive coaches. He is elite.
That seems more like Kiffin (46) than freaking Kelly who is 60 and unlikeable and offenses remind people of Les Miles.
