Why would we risk the number 1 recruiting class on a Herman hire?

His last post was beefensish tough. Maybe he has drank so much that he is falling into an unidentifiable person's arms.

Thus since anyone can tell a lie, no one is capable of telling the truth? Great Logic here.

I'm calling out RLH.

Looking back at his posts during the Steele and Eaux hires, he had no freaking clue.

And people are giving him credit for calling Steele two weeks before the hire when in fact 7 days before he was posting a "yuck" gif when TP writer Kleinpeter called the Steele as the leading DC candidate.

And 2 days before Eaux was hired, he was asking other posters if the Steele hire would have any effect getting Bebe on board.

I haven't traveled far back enough in his post history to the Cam hire, because frankly it's not worth the effort.

You don't have to look back for his post on the Cam hire. Someone posted it the other day and it was posted a month before he was hired. Many more/different people would be involved in a head coaching change than a coordinator.

The Cam hire was his biggest "break." He had it a month before it happened.

There are other stories he was way ahead on but you will not find those threads in his post history because they were removed by admins due to the speculative environment at the time.

He leaked the "TM7 kicked off the team" well before it was announced but that thread was whacked and he was banned (even though he was right).

Random LSU Hero has much better sources on here than most but it was always possible those sources could be used for misdirection. With his information, I find it's best to be patient and wait for things to shake out before crucifying him.

Just my take.

Exactly. I trust RLH has real sources, but just like anybody with sources they could be wrong, things changes, etc. I don't see any reason to crucify RLH. He's proven in the past that he can break news and not just regurgitate what others have said.

I don't get why people blame the media.

If LSU AD wanted to guarantee that this wouldn't turn into a shiteshow the best thing they could've done is STFU. Media would have nothing to go on.

I don't know anything about what's real and what's not. But I do know I always did find it hard to believe Jimbo would leave a very good thing to come here, not because LSU is a mess, which it isn't, but because he has a VERY good thing at FSU. If we get him, I'll squeal with joy.

Until then, I hope we have a really good plan B and C in mind.

Because Miles for another year is literally unacceptable.
