if it wasnt this year it was going to happen next. The only thing that sucks is we are so late now getting people to fill these positions because the quality guys that would fit are more than likely signed else where

That's not necessarily how it works in these situations. There are contracts we would have to buy out AND pay more. We have a lot of money available but it's not unlimited.

I made a thread on this board a few weeks back asking who we should look at if Brady and Aranda left and was downvoted to hell. Now we're having the conversation about who we should at now that Brady and Aranda are leaving lol.
