What ya'll got against Fleck? Would love to get him but seems doubtful we could lure him to LSU. Seems to be a family man who loves the mid-north, and probably wouldnt fit in well in our south Louisiana culture. But you never know. Would be a home run hire in my opinion if some how we could land him.

I don’t want another family man coach that comes here and then leaves the school with scandal. Screw that.
I want a maniacally obsessed coach that refuses to let the Gumps run rampant through college football and consistently dings them with losses year after year. One that has a serious and attentive attitude that is either an offensive genius or a defensive genius. Screw the “family man” crap we’ve done that for two scandalous family man buffoons in a row now.

He is as far from the scandalous type as you could get.

That is exactly the type he is. He is obsessed and quite good at building programs. I think he would be a younger more energetic version of Saban. Would he be a fit for our culture though? Saban didn't exactly "speak like us" either.

Based on what exactly? He lost as 31.5 pt favorite earlier this year. Losing to bad Illinois team today.
