NFL loves it's retreads but Caldwell wasn't bad in Detroit and they've turned to shite without him.

He's not a bad coach. He did a pretty decent job in Indy and Detroit

Everyone wants experience. This is true in normal jobs.

Even if you tottally sucked and probably should never get another chance again. You will get another chance because have experience.
