If Billy is the offensive coordinator, look for Jefferson to start all year while mett sits the bench IMO.

TBH, if Jefferson played like he did in the Cotton Bowl. I have no issues.
I do think Mett should get some experience though.

If that is the case, then we will be completely changing philosophies in 2012 since we will have nothing close to a running quarterback after Jefferson leaves.
Putting all the eggs in the Jefferson basket doesn't seem like a wise move when breaking in a new OC that will have to change after 1 year

He gets his shot out of seniority/loyalty, if he still isnt getting it done Mett plays (assuming hes as good as advertised).

I know he is a spread guy, but surely he isn't as close minded as Gary. I think JJ starts vs Oregon but I'd like to see Mett vs some other teams early

We have seen that he wont play like that. He should be a red zone run option QB and that is it.
