IMO, that plane has been sitting in Baton Rouge to throw everyone off of the coach Michigan is truly going after.

No one has mentioned it yet, but does anyone else find it strange that Brandon has been in Arizona the last two days in the midst of his biggest chore since taking over as Michigan's AD.

In case you didn't watch ESPN yesterday, there is very high profile national title-winning coach also in Arizona right now. One that tends to hop around every 4-5 years. His first major college job was in Michigan.

Nah.

Truth is WBRZ paid Michigan to bring the plane to Baton Rouge so they could get the exclusive video yesterday.

My opinion is that Michigan officials have been in Br talking to someone. I'm starting to think they have been meeting with miles' agent and atorney. There has been a back and forth BTW um and miles reps and lsu and miles reps. Brandon and miles meet in Dallas tomorrow to sign the deal that has been negotiated already. Just don't see why miles would meet with Brandon if he wasn't pursuing the job.

NO way IMO that a new AD hires Brady Hoke to be the Michigan head coach. Brandon is going to make a splash with this hire ... it will be either Miles, Gruden, or Saban, even if they have to pay $6-$8 million to get one of them.

The M plane in BR is owned by Rich Rogel, he leases it out to Delta. It has 0 to do with Miles. Rich made his money in health care and sold his company to Blue Cross Blue Shield.
He has donated Million to Michigan and has collected donations over 3 Billion dollars for UM. He is mostly retired but works with a lot of charities and providing scholarships to needy students. He is an advisor to the President of Michigan, mostly on International afairs.

David Brandon is in Dallas TX for the coaches convention, after spending some time in Scottsdale where he owns a home. He is the only one who has the power to make a new coaching hire. David Brandon uses the Dominos Jet, he gets it as a perk for being on the board of directors.
IMO you all have nothing to worry about as far as him wanted Miles for the next coach. Forget what Michigan sites, paid or free say, they get no information out of the Michigan AD, in fact they look more at the LSU sites and the Miles camp for info. Of course anything is possible, but just not probable.
Best wishes to you all.

If I wanted to rebuild a football program, Nick Saban is #1 on the list.

This, and he doesn't have a buy-out clause.

He's won an NC at two major schools, and done it quick. He's a great builder of programs, but then gets bored. Does not like to hit the cruise control.

Interesting spin.
