Baylor lawsuit: who are defendants? Are police and DA implicated?

How do you cover that up unless the PD and DA are involved in coverup.

So are they part of lawsuit?

Putting here because it's being brought up in every thread On this board

Yeah, you might want to delete

Because the very definition of the term "cover-up" means that it was an effort to hide it from EVERYONE
