Miles may be considered eventually. Rumor is Sumlin turned it down yesterday. Sucks for AZ being the last school to fill the position, it's like closing time at the bar and Les might be the last one smiling at the AZ AD when all said and done.

Well their rival made easily the worst hire of the year, so maybe they’re too busy laughing.

I think it may be a decent hire. AZ is never going to be able to recruit at a high level, a little bit of a gimmicky offense could keep AZ competitive every year. GT is that model.

Yeah Tate could nix the hire right there. Doubt they'll let him walk due to what coach they hire

May be a good coach, but good lord i would never want my school running that offense.

I personally think they would be lucky to have Les.

Here's the thing. Many of the U of A games start really late, like 8:30. With Rich Rod's offense the games take for ever...due to ALL the incompletions, not uncommon to leave well after midnight. With the Navy coach games will be done in 3hrs or less. I see it as a win.

If you start a football game at 8:30 you are going to be leaving around midnight no matter what kind of offense you run. TV gives no fricks about your late night drive.
