I really hope we get Herman and I think he is the perfect choice. He will have a tough day today no matter if the rumors are true or not. It's gonna suck to go into the locker room and try to get these guys to play for you when they know you will probably be leaving.
It's a tough business but I really wish he would have been able to tells his guys on his own terms.

I think Jimbo Fisher would be the better fit as the next coach of LSU rather than Tom Herman. From an offensive scheme LSU has the players in place to win with now and to keep building on for the next championship. Tom Herman is a good coach but the players Returning don't fit his offensive scheme and it would take him longer to recruit the type of players he need to run his offense at a championship level. Jimbo Fisher can win now at LSU and continue the long history of winning and playing for championship and simply satisfied with competing for them.
