Do you really think Gus who's offense was shitty as hell at Auburn without Cam will be beating Saban, Miles, Sumlin, Bielema, and Richt on a regular basis with the staff he's putting together?
Auburn's staff is going to be on par with Ole Mes and MSU. Just reality.

Explain why the hires are shitty? You are saying Ellis Johnson is a shitty DC? The recent OL coach is not some terrible coach. Go do your research before making yourself look like a fool. With the right players Gus's offense will be legit. Its just the D that people are worried about.

JB is a fine coach and Auburn will be ok.

Grimes has a good résumé, Arkansas State guys love him and their offensive line looked great in the ASU games I watched. Plus, he has worked with Malzahn in the past.
