Not me. Ive always felt good about it being Riley but Im just guessing.

None of that is coming from Woodward. This is agents and coaches floating shite out there to get a raise. That is all.

This is one of the posts (edit - from yesterday 11.23.21) from the OU boards about Riley:
"Well, I hate to say this, but we need to start looking at options. Check my post history for what I do and weigh this post at your own discretion. OU is not (yet) matching LSU. We are apparently trying to sell Riley on ancillary issues like quality of life, the state retirement system, and better private school options for his kids. What we are not doing is matching the ridiculous amount of money that Scott Woodward is offering. LSU is at $12.5M per year and that is not the limit of Woodward's authority. I still have no idea what Riley's problem is with certain boosters (if any). I keep asking and no one knows anything outside of the numbers negotiation.
I think this is happening, my friends. We need to think seriously about what changes need to be made before moving to a new conference. There is real opportunity here, if we are willing to see it."
The guy that posted this works in the same industry as I do, and I can tell hes not just making crap up. I'm pretty confident Scott is actually pulling it off, Lincoln Riley is gonna be our new HC at LSU.

Or, maybe we are at the end and you are now seeing a narrative to frame the hire.
I’m fairly certain BoB isn’t gaining any leverage for a new deal and raise. That’s absurd.
