So you would rather LSU lose every game just so Miles would be fired than LSU win 11 games and probably the SEC (atleast the West) and Miles keep his job?
If Miles uses his retard luck to win 11 games next year, he will follow it up with a 8-5 and 7-6.
So yeah, in a way it's better to bend over and take it then get rid of him.

Do you think he is still capable of doing this with crowton back? That is the question. I would rather see LSU have one crappy year and miles canned then another six years of mediocre seasons.
Having said that, of course I would rather Les win 11 games and the SEC next year. I think that would be obvious to anyone.

That is why I am hoping we go 6-6 so we can be assured his arse will be gone. Hate to say that, but the longer Miles stays, the harder it will be to bring the program back up to NC status.
This is my point....instead of hoping LSU loses 6, why not hope they win 11....11 wins is NC status.

I guess i shouldnt have said 0 wins....but i just dont understand hoping a team loses just so a coach would be fired.
it's clear and obvious that a change needs to be made in that respect, so if Les doesn't make it, he's dug his own grave.
Do I wish LSU to lose games? hell no, but if there are no changes made, I can't see any reason to be optimistic.

No, he would have hung himself.

everyone here wants LSU to win the MNC next year. wanting it to happen and believing it's actually possible are two different things. based on the teams performances the last two seasons, why the hell should we expect that? Les is doing a mediocre job right now compared to the top coaches in the league, why do you insist on giving him an endless amount of slack?

I meant regular season...if you have 11 wins in the regular season than you're in the hunt for NC.

with the hardest schedule i've seen LSU play in a while next year, I see a slim chance of that happening if crowton is allowed to stay.
slim chance of it happening if he leaves, but you get the point.

I was just as pissed off over some of the games the last couple of years as anyone, but hes not going anywhere and there aint shite i can do about...so why not hope he turns it around and gets back to where he was the first 3 years? I dont see how bashing the guy solves anything. Just my view.

Because I highly doubt Nick will agree to come back to stock and develop a roster for Miles.

If Gary stays I think LSU can count on four games as W's for sure. Outside of that they will all be swing games.
So because of this I put the chance of Miles being fired next year if Gary stays at 90%. A lot of questions still to be answered along both lines for LSU and a tough schedule on top of that.

player development is going down the tubes
quality of coaching is nowhere near where it should be
the tone at the top isn't a great one

I agree they have a tough schedule...but who knows. If (and i know its a big if) they can go into florida undefeated and pull that game out, they'll probably be top 10 and who knows what can happen. Thats what im hoping for anyways. Maybe im just too optimistic.

Perfect season next year:
I hope that LSU wins all games in 2010, then Michigan comes calling and we waive the buyout clause!
win-win
