Whatever you do for a living, lets say LSU has a need for your skills. Say they decided they wanted to hire you. You're perfectly happy where you live and successful. You graduated from LSU-bleed purple and gold and love the Tigers. LSU offers you a decent raise and all the perks because they want and need you....what would you do?

Hard to answer. Nothing in the working world, IMO, is as intricately connected to a university than being the head football coach. That option would be impossible for me to pass up.

I live in Illinois... If my employer (or another) offered me the same type of job with more money and security with a move to South Louisiana, I am gone. That is a fact.
