Why do I believe all of that??? Nick to Texas is still alive. Coaching changes board may be exploding on January 3rd.

January 2nd coiuld be an incredible day with Saban to Texas, the impending BAma meltdown, the blow up of their recruiting class and several 5 stars all committing to LSU on the same day.

it will be like the end of the Godfather when Michael wipes out everyone while sitting at his son's baptism

Personally I love that Texas is keeping hope of Saban alive. All it is now is a huge distraction that will make it that much more clear whomever they do hire is a big letdown.

I will admit that I haven't completely ruled out Saban to Texas. He didn't turn down a deal from them so I'd like to see them offer 10 MM and see what he says. It's unlikely but not dead in my opinion.

Ryno, Sugar Bowl is Jan 2, so probably won't hear anything until next day at earliest.

And some of those Bama 5 stars would stay with Bama or maybe even go to Texas.

I am still not sure what to think of this. Saban's credibility would be laughable if he left.

I kind of felt like this story is exactly what was happening. it was clear that games were being played by Mack and Saban was clearly in Hiding for several days hoping they could make a quick deal. Mack and his butthurt stalled things out and screwed up the initial plan. This will not set well with the UT fan base. I

I think if Saban was truly ticked about some boosters/admin not being totally loyal then he would still consider going after the bowl game, but he has to coach the game now…this is the perfect time for him to jump with MCarron graduating.

He is going no where His ego loves the attention.

Texas could but will not offer an amount that Bama cannot match.

At Texas you have a lot of billionaires and smart, business savvy people to deal with

At Bama- Saban has already brainwashed the gumps and he is King forever.

He knows he would be a fool to leave
