HC Dave Aranda
OC Tom Herman
DC Ron Roberts

Gets LSU back to being a defensive powerhouse. With an offensive genius as OC. Then Ron Roberts who taught Dave Aranda everything he knows and was a good HC at SLU as well.

They are familiar with the current members of the staff worth keeping. They know the recruiting landscape and have proven to be solid coaches.

Aranda isn’t a strong enough personality to come in and flip the culture. We would have marginally better results.

I would love Aranda. I have no idea why LSU thinks Tucker deserves consideration and not Aranda. I'd rather have Aranda a thousand times over.

Our culture went to shite when Aranda left. Aranda is what gave your boy O time to get the offense right (by sheer luck).

I don't either. Mel Tucker has never played a significant role on any type of championship team.

Do you have to try to be this stupid or does it just all come naturally?

Respect is earned not demanded.

Insufferable.

Dave Aranda had the most respect out of any LSU coach in the locker room the past 5 years. Player interviews and other first hand accounts pretty much say that.

Glad our resident retard at HC shite on him on the way out after Aranda saved the retard's arse in 2016, 2017, 2018, ANDDDD 2019

aranda is certainly worthy of consideration, but you're much more likely to end up with offensive coordinator: jeff grimes

I’d disagree. Corey Raymond is a must keep.

I mention Tom Herman as OC because of their close relationship going all the way back to being college roommates.

A great coaching staff is a staff that trust each other. Aranda, Herman and Ron Roberts all have extremely close ties and are great coaches.

I think it would be a home run hire.

I’d like it.
Would love to see a really smart analytical guy for a change.

I won’t be mad if Aranda is the next HC

he specifically sought out grimes last off season when he could have just as easily hired herman. he brought in grimes to install byu's wide zone based offense and he brought in his offensive line coach too. he's been successful with who he has now, i see no reason he would go a different direction
