This site melted when Chavis bolted. This site melts for everything. Defense isn’t the issue at LSU. There is no reason for LSU to pay Aranda $3m to be a DC. Get someone else and get on with it.

Chavis had more pressure than Aranda when he was at LSU and performed equally, if not better, and Chavis isn’t isn’t in the same ballpark as good a schemer.

I agree but there is no way LSU is getting rid of O after one season. Depending on next season's outcome, maybe then but I still think we are a good 2 years before LSU even thinks about getting rid of him. Regardless, of what happens with Dave....or even Matt. We tank next year maybe.

Name me one quality OC or DC that would want to step into the dumpster fire that LSU football is right now. Not only that but coach O's days are numbered at LSU. I think he will be fired after next year when he goes
