The situations couldn’t be more different. Aranda is building a new staff from scratch to finish recruiting and prepare for Spring. He doesn’t have the luxury of time. O is just filling a few positions on an existing staff for a program that just won a title. They have been recruiting as a staff and have everything critical covered already. He does have the luxury of time.
