I guess a mature Honey Badger wouldn't be a bad option.
He could motivate them.

Honey Badger should have a statue outside of the stadium for his contributions to the program, his trials and tribulations and the success of overcoming them and being a stand up person and has represented the University very well.

I wouldn’t object at all. Dude went through so much and came out smelling like a rose. He’s been a good representative of our program, as have the vast majority of our players in the NFL.
