Not at all. Unique situation with the timing of NIL and recruiting this season, which I bet will get resolved in the next year.

I still hope he comes, and if he doesn’t, I personally don’t blame him as a man. Everyone has their own battles, and LSU will survive without him if not.

Me either. I think it’s honorable that he wants to finish the season with his team.

I don't have a problem with it. But I don't see how Ole Miss comes out ahead in any way with him being there. I'd assume he would begin recruiting for LSU immediately upon his hiring (i.e. within the next 48 hours). He'd also be raiding the OM roster and would also probably seriously be ineffective in his role as coach there. What do they get out of this?

Is he running practice? Is he supervising LSU's practices?

If he’s signed and binded I don’t give a shite. Let Lane name O, Frank, Austin Thomas, or someone his manager if he needs to so LSU can get through ESP and roll. Or don’t a roster can still be salvaged for year one and guys that want to be here will be here whether for the money or because they just want to be.

I don’t see why Ole Miss has such a hang up on it. They need to soak this in as long as possible. It’s unprecedented territory for them. If they know he’s leaving they can start looking for a coach. They should have started back channeling weeks ago as a Just In Case.
