Another LSU OC Thread, But this is a question / hypo

Is it at all realistic to think that we have the new OC in the bag, we are just waiting on two things to make it official and announce:
1) I remember hearing that O still hadn't ironed out the details of his own contract, is this true?
2) We are waiting on Aranda to sign his deal and lock it in, because we are going to pay the OC more and don't want that to sour our relations / deal with Aranda?
