You act as though all those guys played on the same team or something. At most we have 3-4 uber talented AA types on any defense year in and year out. this year is no exception.

Alexander?

Dex Bryant?

Laron Byrd?

Lockett?

How they handled the Sentimore(jury is still out here) and Christine Michael situation? Go look at Ole Miss roster and see the studs they've had on there from Louisiana the past two years.

Do I need to keep going? I think anyone who has followed the program and recruiting...knows who.

Dex, or as most know him Dez, was no in state. Nor was Michael. Byrd is no better than who we signed, the only difference is Miami needed warm bodies on the field sooner than we did. Alexander is a good prospect, we recruited him but Chancey and Clement were our two DEs and they will also contribute a lot to the team in the future.

I don't care. Michael was ours to lose. Look at what he did in his first year at Texas A&M...

The point is LSU has made several questionable decisions over the years and we're suffering from them right now. Look at the QB situation...and the sad thing is, Miles can potentially walk right into it again.

LSU can potentially only have 2 QBs at the end of this year on ship. JL is likely transferring as he almost did this offseason...and Zach Lee will probably never set foot on campus. That leaves CG a redshirt sophomore next year and JJ a Junior. Not a lot of depth developed there...and if JJ leaves or god forbid, has a major injury. LSU is frickED again at the QB situation.

Has Miles not learned his lesson yet?

Hes made a lot of questionable coaching moves here...especially in recruiting. I was just making the point earlier in this thread that the guy who was blaming it on Saban...is crazy. We're here with our problems because of Miles. Its retarded to blame it on Saban...

So really its just Byrd and Alexander ? And where would you rank them compared to what we have for this year's team and last ?
The whole arguement was pertaining to instate rejects compared to OOS acceptance.
So that is what we will stick with.
