his father can't even spell offense, he has coached defense for his entire career, maybe his dad as the d-coordinator and bebe orgeron as the recruiting coordinator and dline coach

How is it a great hire? He may have spent time in the NFL, but the fact is he only got the job because USC's other OC (sarkisan, who happened to be the one usc fans liked)turned the raiders job down. ask virginia and a&m how hiring guys just because they've been in the NFL is working out for them.
