Like everyone else O got a pass for the 2020 season. O is a good recruiter and motivator. If he doesn’t have top shelf coordinators he’s lost. Poor game manager also. His poor game management, off field antics and terrible assistant hires is running the program into the ground. He needs to go before we find ourselves like Tennessee, USC, Miami and others.
