Interesting. I had no really strong feelings about staff being retained or brought (aside from getting rid of Chuck McMillan and not making Kingsbury our OC but both are pretty obvious). I think Sumlin should be able to make whatever staff he wants.
I don't get the people who say "We better keep DeRuyter and these assistants..." and name like 4 or 5 assistants on staff. When you fire the head guy you typically get rid of all or most of his staff and let the new guy do his staff however he wants.

I'd be fine with Kingsbury. Switching him with Rossley would be like ditching your iMac for macbook pro. It does the same shite just a newer version.

I'd be fine with Kingsbury as QB coach. Do not want as OC. The only shite he knows is that Air Raid and I doubt he will be the OC since we aren't running it.
