My 6 year old got the full Dog Man series for Christmas and has already read the entire series twice. She loves it and is absolutely absorbing these books.

Are there any other comic series for kids in the same reading level and silliness?

My kid liked that and Captain Underpants as well as the Diary if a Wimpy Kid series.

My son liked Captain Underpants and Dog Man, and I tried to get him into this - but not so much. It's in the same vein, and I love it.

My kid liked the Bad Guys series. It's a group of "bad guys" like a shark and a wolf trying to be heroes.

The Last Kids on Earth. I think there are 4 of them now. Chapter books made for kids. Netflix is making a series out of the books.

A second recommendation for Bad Guys. My little one ran through Dog Man and has liked these so far. Noodleheads is also a good one.

The Jedi Academy series are really good...both of my boys read those and really liked how they were written.
