Audiobooks are what I’m doing mostly these days because I’m in my vehicle or various places where I can get quality time to listen and I can also get through more titles. I still read a lot at night but during the day I would rather an audiobook.

Not a big fiction guy anymore but occasionally I will indulge. And I always have two or three listening or reading at the same time so it can fit my mood.

So a few I’ve listened to recently are:

Sword and Scimitar
Defenders of the West
The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich
Bonhoeffer
Go Flight
The Millionaire Nextdoor
Supergut
Factory Man
Dopesick
The Least of Us
My Fathers Brain
Dreamland
Danger Zone
A Force So Swift
Where the Bodies are Buried
Bloodlands
Love Thy Neighbor
All Rick Bragg books

So that’s a few I’ve gone through recently.

I need a dozen more non fiction books. I use Libby and I also buy audio books.

Thanks

I've enjoyed these California wine country related audio books. I got them on Spotify, but I'd guess they're available most places:

Reflections of a Vintner - Tor Kenward

Napa at Last Light - James Conaway - part of a series, but I think this is the only one was able to find.

Judgment of Paris - George Taber

A Tale of Two Valleys - Alan Deutchman

I guess it depends on how much you like wine or have been to Napa/Sonoma.

One of my favorite historical epics of all time and a great audio is Conquistador by Buddy Levy. Really fascinating. I also love the Hardcore History podcast series by Dan Carlin. That used to be free. Maybe you can find it on Spotify or Itunes. Undaunted Courage about Louis and Clark is also a must listen.

Empire of the vampire by series by Jay Kristoff is very good..well narrated not by AI voice. The series is Anne Rice Interview With Vampire meets Brandon Sanderson Book Of Kings.
I am on the final book of the series right now Empire of the Dawn.
