Going to read my first Dostoyevsky novel when I go to the beach next week

I’m going to read “Crime and Punishment” or at least as much of it as I can. Jordan Peterson pushed me towards him. I’ve read from a lot of places that C&P is his best work so I’m pretty excited. Especially as I don’t typically read a lot of novels and stick to military history.

I tried ‘The Brothers Karamazov’. Parts caught my attention, but most was drudgery. I gave up. One of the great failures of my life ??.

The part about The Grand Inquisitor in BK makes the book worth reading.
