That's the same issue I had trying to describe the series to my sister. Trying to sum up the story lines/plots even after just two books is impossible. There's just no frame of reference once the story gets going. Trying to describe Samantha by herself is too much. My fav quote is her saying "I'm not a whore, Carl."

Carl - "Samantha, this is serious, we need to know what you can do."
Samantha - "you mean like, with my mouth?"

Man, I really want the Prepotente scream as my alarm in the morning.
Here you go. There's several sound clips from the audio books here.
I have the Prepotente scream as my text notification.
"Can't unlick a butthole" is also included in these.

This series is crack. Just finished book 4. I hate Katia seems to be leaving. The sex doll head was a thing lol. Juice box I hope gets a happy ending. Next book looks like it will kick arse, the hunt sounds sweet and Carl seems ready to kill kill kill.

It really is like crack. I just finished the last book. Decided to listen to them all over but on the Sound Theater app. The app itself kinda sucks but holy crap the quality of the audio is just on another level, as if that was even possible. I'm having a blast.
I was riding with my SO over the weekend and had it on. She typically tunes my audiobooks out but a part came on with Princess Donut singing in autotune about reattaching a penis and she was like WTF IS GOING ON

I wish they would do the second book with the full studio.

Just finished book 5 The Butchers Masquerade.
Spoilers
Kinda shocked they went away from Katia as a love interest. Dammit her twist at the end hurt though. Also so did Pony just use those items to skip the 7th floor for everyone? Starting book 6 tonight.

Not going to lie, one of the saddest parts in the whole series for me was Pony's dialogue while he was setting up the stuff to skip the 7th floor. The whole special treatment he got from Miriam, "his mother," how he was her "special boy," and how much she meant to him, even in sentient form. For some reason, that made me think of my own dog and the huge soft spot I have for her.

Just a heads up that Audible has This Inevitable Ruin (#7 and latest) on sale for around $7. Perfect timing for me. Agreed, this series is crack.
Has Dinniman always used "upon" instead of "on" (ie - set the potion upon the table)? For some reason it struck me as odd in book 6 and then I couldn't unhear for the rest of the book.
Audible is the way to do this series. The "on hold" music while the AI makes a decision is hysterical and that's just one thing.
He keeps having to make the big battle at the end larger and crazier with every book and has to resort to deus ex machina (machina = AI usually) frequently because he has painted the characters into a corner; honestly the fights are becoming less interesting to me. There were a good number of characters in book 6 that I really can't remember much about anymore. But he's a good enough writer that it's still really fun. Some of the humor is borderline brilliant.

How is the 7th book available? Kindle only? I’ll finish 6 probably tomorrow.

Audible. It's pretty much the only way I do books now. The Audible sale ends very soon.

Picked up the 7th on Kindle. I haven’t burned through a series like this in a long time. Such a fun easy read that still has depth.
