I hate that the show doesn't have Darkstar in it. I guess he just isn't important to the story but reading the books I have always been extremely interested in him since Doran refers to him as "the most dangerous man ind Dorne"

I enjoyed him but understand him being cut. Agree he made Dorne interesting. As bad as the Samd Snakes are, the Areo Hotah beheading Aerys Oakheart chapter was awesome.

With that said, I would be shocked if R+L=J isn't true. But it would be kind of funny to see the meltdown if it is a smokescreen.

I understand it I just really like the Dorne chapters and am disappointed by the show portrayal so far. I'm not a book purist or anything but I was really hoping for some more insight into Darkstar.

If Jon gets "Dawn" and becomes Sword of the Morning he should melt it down with Longclaw and create a new Valyrian sword named "Know nothing" but he will know where to put it.
Also question from a rewatch of Season 2 where Melisandre meets Arya when she takes Gendry away. She looks at Arya and says she sees three sets of eyes she will close forever, brown ones, green ones and blue ones. I wonder who she is alluding too...

What if Jon is never revived and we never hear about his mother either way?

Because there's actual evidence to it. The only way it's not the case IMO is if GRRM decides he'd rather play the "gotcha" game instead of writing the story he intended to write
