Sophie Turner warns that Season 5 with diverge for Sansa Stark from the books
Makes sense since there isn't much left in her current storyline. They probably wouldn't even get a whole season out of her 3 chapters in Feast: Sweetrobin drinking sweetsleep, Littlefinger being creepy and the Vale Lords hating on him, Miranda and Sansa conversations about the carpet not matching the drapes, and Harrold Hardyng.

The article makes it sound like there isn't any material left to pull from, but they have enough to carry that storyline through 4-5 episodes and could stretch it if they added a little material and slow played this storyline. No need for wholesale changes. Hopefully any "departure" is simply us getting material from WOW.
