Only way we stay ahead of the books is if the show does a stand apart series covering Robert's Rebellion over the course of like two seasons. Recasting would be a bitch after that long of a layoff though.

Do any of the hodors see tywin's death coming? I think it will be the biggest shock for them this season.

I don't see how they could yet. All the focus has been on Tyrion's fate as far as the Lannister's go. Can't wait till they show Vary's tell Tyrion the ladder leads to the Tower of the Hand. The "oh shits" will be flying.

D and D are really going to have to approach LSH the right way. If they just drop a "look who we brought back" type of scene, I can see it turning some Hodors away. I would rather see the process of bringing her back rather than the surprise.

it'll be the last thing we see of this season. S05E01 will probably be the explanation of it.

They need to make them guess at who it is during the offseason. Just show the silhouette of a cloaked woman or something in the shade. Sort of like how they introduced Michonne for Walking Dead

One of my favorite parts of the book is when Davos I catching romors and stories in the pub. So it could be call for arya and the hound to hear that someone is hanging freys.
