Seriously, frick Jorah. Tries to tell Tyrion that he's done horrible things but never would kill his father.
1. Lord Mormont was a seemingly honorable person.
2. Lord Mormont basically took an oath of death so his son could find a wife and make more bears.
3. Jorah is the older man version of Sansa before she had shite happen to her. He still thinks that he can be some knight in shinning armor to a girl that he conspired against.

GRRM seems to use the what goes around, comes around mantra in his books. No bad act goes unnoticed/unpunished. Joffrey, Tywin, the Mountain, The Tickler, etc. are all punished/die in their own weird ways. Jorah being a former slaver becomes a slave.

Ramsay would go simply cursing. I want him to scream like a two year old girl and fleeing for his life. I doubt anything he has inflicted can do that. A hoard of undead zombies could though.
