Actually, California and Louisiana are tied at 14 for most Super Bowl QB appearances by State. Individual appearances Lousiana leads California 7-6 www.profootballhof.com/news/super-bowl-starting-qbs/

Well yeah, they don't play football up there. Donovan McNabb's Syracuse team from the 90s was the last time a NY school wasn't atrocious.
