I don't know about the mental part...but it sure seems good for muscles. I read about this on here when some golfer played really bad to start the day and he blamed it on creatine. I'd never heard of it but looked it up and then bought some.

I've been on it now about 2 mths I guess. I try to work out twice a week but have been injured and taking some time off. I'm laying in bed the other night and looked down at my biceps...and I hadn't worked out in 2 weeks...and they were GROWING. I shitt you not.

This morning I was just fixin to ask AI if creatine has steroids in it...hahaha. That's how much of a difference it's made in my biceps. It's the only difference that I've introduced into my system.

Creatine mental/cognitive benefits likely outweigh muscle benefits. Studies have shown high doses of creatine can offset much of the results of sleep deprivation. It helps brain energy metabolism by ensuring a supply of high-energy phosphates. Pretty remarkable.

He works one day a week. Maybe he should concentrate on being 100% for that one day.
