Great competitor and tough as they come. Always dreaded when he or joey galloway lined up against the saints. Congrats on a great career Mr. Smith.

One of my favorites. Even as a saints fan I thought he was special. I went with some buddies to a saints vs panthers game years ago and I was as excited to see him play as I was too see Brees in person.

Steve Smith Sr. was and still is a beast wide receiver and competitor. He had anger problems but then went to counseling and found Jesus which really helped him control his temper. Great football player and turning out to be a good man.
