The NFL is still upset about coaches continuing not wear breaking the league's mask rules, so much so, they're now threatening to pull draft picks from teams if the violations continue...
quote:

It's all in a new league memo officials sent to the 32 clubs on Wednesday, which spells out the possible heavy punishments.

In the memo, obtained by multiple media outlets, the league says a forfeiture of picks as well as suspensions are on the table if coaches keep pulling down their masks during games.

Of course, the problem was a HUGE issue for teams in the first two weeks of the season ... and the league handed down some big fines over it all.

I don't get it, are they not tested daily? If they are tested daily what does it matter? The players are not wearing masks on the sidelines. This is pathetic and the coaches should grow a pair and all should not wear a mask, what will happen then? No draft? LOL

Bingo. Masks are not stopping shite. I wear one in my building and still smell the fumes in the men’s restrooms at full force. Yeah ok masks working.

Then the patriots would get all the draft picks

It's a step in the right direction, but the NFL has got to enforce social distancing on the line of scrimmage.

Just make a wire mask. No one cares about stopping droplets, they just want compliance.

If no coaches wore masks, the nfl would have to give in lol.

The virtue signalling is out of control.

I hope all the teams get together and tell the NFL to frick right off. They won’t cancel the draft and what could they do if all of the coaches from every team decides not to wear one?

Because you have a lot of liberal coaches

masks are stupid but shouldn't a 15 yd penalty be enough?

I don't understand why the coaches have to wear masks and the players do not on the sidelines. That's just optics for the viewers and will provide no safety for anyone involved. Case in point: Chase Young was injured during the game. He did not have a mask on the sidelines, went back into the locker room (changed to street clothes) and watched the game from the sideline. He had to wear a mask. How in the frick does that make any sense

You answered it. Optics. Weakest pandemic ever

Have to keep the Karens at bay. NFL doesn't want a petition circulating that could risk their $$$.

Hypocrisy at its highest. It’s utterly laughable.
