Kid Sends Letter To All 32 NFL Teams & Only One Team Responded
Sam Sharpe-USA TODAY Sports
Sixth-grader Cade Pope from Oklahoma didn't know which NFL to be a fan of. So the 12-year-old wrote a letter to every owner of every NFL team asking who he should support. Of the 32 teams, only one responded...

Carolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson sent Cade a handwritten letter that stated, "Cade, we would be honored if our Carolina Panthers became your team. We would make you proud by the classy way we represent you."

The letter also came with a replica Panthers helmet signed by Pro Bowl linebacker Luke Kuechly.

"If this is the only team that responds to me, I'm a Carolina Panthers fan," said Pope.
Way to go you 31 other teams. You can read more here.

Panthers is a young franchise in a small market. They need all the fans they can get.

If the owner really liked the kid he should have lied and told him he was Robert Kraft.

This is a good story. That's nice of the owner to take time out of his day to sit down and read a letter from a random kid and actually write back, and also send him an autographed helmet.
