Urban Meyer was a one and done as the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was a season filled with off-field incidents and stories of locker room conflicts. Now, Jags team owner Shad Khan is sharing his true opinion on Meyer and he's not holding back...
quote:

“When you lose the respect, the trust and an issue of truthfulness, how can you work with someone like that?” Jaguars owner Shad Khan told Jarrett Bell of USA Today. “It’s not possible.”

"It was not about wins and losses,” Khan said. “I think when you know someone is not truthful, how can you be around someone, OK? We had Doug Marrone here four years. We had Gus Bradley here four years. I have nothing but the utmost respect and friendship with them. That’s why they got the time, because it wasn’t a matter about respect or truth. It was a matter of wins and losses over four years. This is much bigger than that."

I find it hard to believe that someone didn't give him a heads up on Urban. Even the most casual college football fan could've told him that Urban wasn't trustworthy, so you can't tell me that actual football people didn't give him a heads up.

Great point Shad. Now go up and down your roster and tell me that same ideal is applied to every player. Because we know they’re all beacons of truth.
