That Jerrah is a hell of an evaluator of talent. Maybe he saw Clowney’s film from ten years ago and figured he still has some untapped potential that no other NFL coach could reach. Truth is, he got the guy cheap and unloaded the more expensive Parsons. No wonder they haven’t won a playoff game in three decades
