Former Bama Teammate Helped RB Trent Richardson Lose 22 Pounds
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports
Once the #3 overall pick, then bounced from team to team, RB Trent Richardson hasn't had the NFL career he thought he would've had. But this offseason he's looking to start over again with the Baltimore Ravens. With the help of his former Alabama teammate Mike McCoy, Richardson has lost 22 pounds and is down to 218 from 240...

He will shock the NFL this year... Go shine like the star you are my guy!!! #warehousegang #nodaysoff #grindliketherentdue #itsbetterthisway #nfl and yeah that's 240 to 218!!!! @ryromano

Can you imagine how much faster he won't be able to find a hole now?!?

He would lose another 22 pounds if he had penis reduction surgery..

WTF? What kind of comment is that? On the other hand if losing 22 pounds can be done with penis reduction surgery, he could save money by feeding the 22 pounds to you.

Too bad he can't see a hole big enough that a bus could drive through.

For 5'9' 240 lbs in the first pic he looks pretty dang good. When I see guys around that are 5'9 240 they don't typically look anything like that!

If only he could find an ex-teammate that would help make him a good RB

His problem has always been he's not in Alabama anymore playing behind that line. And now he's no longer a bruiser.

Good for him. But now he'll be thinner, while still not being able to find a hole to run through.
