If I'm one of his O-Linemen, I'm not mad at him... To expect more is selfish, he doesn't have to get them anything. Plus this is a unusually thoughtful gift that will outlast a go cart or any other "toy."

Did he paint them himself? If so, that would be a great gift. Seriously, at some point you need to think outside the box to give actual thoughtful gifts to people who can buy themselves most things they want/need.
