New Orleans Saints legend Jimmy Graham stood up for QB Jameis Winston following a controversial ending to Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons...
quote:

"This man is the best teammate I’ve ever had," Graham wrote. "Loves this city, this game and embodies everything you can ask for in a leader. Was a rare situation and we all take responsibility. Nobody thought it would get blown out of proportion."

"I would cut Jameis Winston today," Sharpe said on First Take. "If I had been on that team, I would have jumped offside on purpose. There is a mentality that you gotta have to play winning football. Jameis Winston has a loser’s mentality."

"True professional, selfless and an extremely hard worker," Ingram said on Winston. "This notion that he went rogue is trash. If anything, it shows the love he has for his teammates."

It shows the love he has for his teammates and the total disrespect for the one in charge.

JG is a great TE. No one said he was an intellectual.

Shannon is spot on. Shame-us putting the play call up for auction in the huddle with the fella's is 100% insubordination, and has to be put down immediately. You do not defy the coach under any circumstance.

That said, I believe this is a window into the soul of the team.
I view this as, Everyone, even the team leaders, are speaking out to openly disrespect the Dennis Allen. The players do not like him.

I’m jumping on the Jameis bandwagon. Look at raiders and Detroit …. Former players coaching…

6th in receptions, 5th in yards and 2nd in receiving touchdowns. I think that qualifies.

Mediocrity qualifies as legend status in today’s society I guess. I suppose you also think of him as a hero.
