Paul Finebaum Thinks 'No Doubt’ Alabama Beats Clemson If They Play This Year
Shanna Lockwood-USA TODAY Sports
While on WJOX‘s The Roundtable, ESPN's Paul Finebaum expressed that he believes without a doubt that if Alabama and Clemson see each other in the College Playoff this season, the Crimson Tide walk away victorious. Per 247Sports...
quote:

“What Dylan Moses said, he said. He was complimenting Georgia because he’s more concerned about Georgia than he is Clemson,” Finebaum said during Monday’s appearance on WJOX 94.5 FM’s “The Roundtable” program. “I think every Alabama fan listening knows if Alabama and Clemson meet again in January, Alabama is going to win the game. There’s no doubt in my mind and I don’t think there’s any doubt in their mind.

“They’ve been down this road before, they are the best revenge team in college football history. They are concerned with themselves and why everyone in that silo called Clemson gets so upset. Why don’t they celebrate? They’ve now won three in the school’s history. Alabama has won five of the last 10, Clemson has won three of the last 150.”
Thoughts?

Finebaum is such a Bama homer, he’d predict them to beat the Patriots and Saints at the same time

I'd heard Paul Finebaum's name for years before he started on SEC Network, but never had actually seen/heard him. Once I did, I was shocked at how little substance there is to the guy. How did he get famous again?

He’s only ‘famous’ as a byproduct of Alabama’s success.
