I'm not sure you can say a team is running up the score when there is still 6+ minutes in the THIRD QUARTER. Just ask Jacksonville State a few years back when they were killing UT Martin and put in their backups only to end up losing the game.

That's exactly what I was thinking. It isn't running up until at least midway through the 4th. That being said, it's the offense's job to score, it's the defense's job to keep that from happening.
